Rowland and radio host Steve Gill discuss the need to repeal Tennessee's drivers license law that allows illegal aliens to obtain licenses.     Rep. Rowland was honored in 2004 by the Teen Eagles, a national Christian youth group affiliated with the Eagle Forum, one of the nation’s oldest conservative grassroots organizations. She was chosen by the group for her conservatism and the strong Christian values exhibited in her work.   Rep.
