HJR 22- Constitutional Amendments - Proposes an amendment to specifically prohibit all personal income taxes other than the Hall Income Tax.

HJR 23 - Constitutional Amendments - Establishes Taxpayer Bill of Rights to impose certain limitations on growth of state tax revenue collections and expenditures.

HB 1383 - Authorizes a pharmacist to refuse to fill a prescription based on his or her ethical or religious principles. 

HB 70 - Military Department of Tennessee - Provides that the Military Department of Tennessee shall pay premiums on certain life insurance policies for National Guard members on active duty overseas.

Listed below are a few of Representative Casada's sponsored bills from the 103rd General Assembly:

HB 1695 – DUI/DWI Offenses - Requires law enforcement officer to conduct test to determine blood alcohol of driver involved in collision resulting in serious bodily injury or death if officer has probable cause to believe driver committed any motor vehicle violation; provides that test be conducted whether or not driver consents.

HB 2 – Budget Procedures - Requires two-thirds vote of each house of general assembly for appropriations of state tax revenue to exceed rate of growth of state's economy as measured by personal income.

HJR 770 – Constitutional Amendments - Establishes taxpayer bill of rights to impose certain limitations on growth of state tax revenue collections and expenditures.

SJR 127 – Constitutional Amendments - Adds new provision to Article I to provide that nothing in Constitution of Tennessee secures or protects right to abortion or funding thereof.

HJR 990 – Constitutional Amendments - Proposes an amendment to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of Tennessee to define marriage as a contract between one man and one woman. - PASSED
