Rep. Casada receives an award from the TN Hobbyist Beekeepers Association for legislation he passed easing regulation on beekeepers. The previous law made no distinction between honey sales of large corporate producers and beekeepers who produce small amounts of honey for sale. Casada at a panel discussion he organized to increase awareness of his "Taxpayers Bill of Rights."  The bill would tie government spending to economic growth and return excess funds to Tennessee taxpayers.   Rep.
