HB 2622 - Comptroller, State -
Requires agencies to implement recommendations made in audits by the
comptroller; requires commissioner of finance and administration to
reduce subsequent appropriations in an amount equal to savings estimate
of implementing changes.
HB 2765 - Employees, Employers -
Adds civil air patrol members and volunteer rescue squad members to
volunteer firefighters who are granted protection from discharge by
employers because of any work absences or tardiness due to emergencies.
HB 2861 - Lottery, Scholarships and
Programs - Removes requirement for HOPE scholarship, general
assembly merit scholarship, and HOPE access grant that student meet the
minimum GPA requirements both overall and in the college core classes
and instead requires that students achieve one overall GPA. -
